Quickly and Travel Exam

I don’t feel time passed so quickly. I just have one month again to improve my English in Pare Kediri.
I’ll go home on 29th August for Aidil Fitri with my beloved family in Kutaikartanegara. In this last opportunity i hope i get what i want. God Willing Amin…..

I was still remember when I went to East Java exactly Pare Kediri. I was accompanied by my friend Mr. Heru from Surabaya so that I could arrived in Pare. I knew about Pare from my Friend. But he did’nt tell me where it was so how could i knew the way? One day, I called my friend in Surabaya and I asked him about Pare. And Thanks to Allah because he said to me he would accompany me to go to Pare. Before going to Juanda Airport, I tried to find information about English courses in Pare from internet. I got some information about it, most of which was about BEC (Basic English Course). After getting information i was interested to join at BEC for six months.

although I studied English in senior high school but I didn’t understand English well up to now. So this was the first time I joined English course and focussed about it. I started step by step from how to spell A B C – Z till grammatical and structure. Before going tu Pare Kediri My friends always asked me “why do you choose Pare? You can learn English in Kalimantan or in Jakarta” they asked. I just answered, the environment conducive to learning and practicing made me choose Pare to be my destination. I could speak and practice my English here with my friends in cafe, inn, boardinghouse, everywhere and everytime.

On 22th July i’ll go to Borobudur for travel exam. I’ll practice my English with foreigners. But I have to prepare to making a good cornversation. I have to know about many things in order that our conversation is good. I have to know about countries, custom, landmark, culture, special food and etc. Ya Rabb….Sahhel Umurana

Extra Hari Ini

Pelajaran yang bisa dipetik hari ini ialah : Dalam mentranslite bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Inggris kita harus mengerti potongan-potongan kalimat yang akan kita terjemahkan. Kemudian pahamilah benar-benar akar sebuah bahasa tersebut sebelum mengembangkanya ke dalam bentuk yang lebih kompleks. Teruslah berusaha dan berproses untuk menjadi lebih baik.

My Journey and My Nephew

I’m a young man from East Kalimantan, exactly from Kutai Kartanegara a small town famous for natural resources like oil or the other. Now…I’m in East Java exactly in Pare to learn English. Ok…I won’t talk about Kutai Kartanegara or Pare, but I want to tell you about my journey in East Java. Exactly about mount Kelud and Lawang.

I have been in Pare city for 2 months and I’m studying about English at Basic English Course (BEC). I have many friends here from another city. Two months ago, I was invited by my teacher. I went to mount mount Kelud with my friends and my teacher (Mr. Rijal). We went to mount Kelud by motor cycle on Saturday at a half pas five o’clock morning. This was the first journey for me and I couldn’t imagine how the landscape of mount Kelud .

Mencoba

Jika pertama terasa asing. Kini mulai tumbuh benih-benih pertemanan atau bahkan persahabatan. Begitu juga lingkungan yang pada mulanya terasa asing, kini kian bisa bersahabat. Sisa-sisa semangat yang hampir padam kini semakin terasa kobaran panasnya. Wajah-wajah baru itu sepertinya akan menjadi mesin motivasi yang bergerak cepat tanpa pernah berhenti hingga pada garis finish. Terlambat atau tertinggal dari garis start bukanlah sebuah alasan yang menghalangi untuk mencapai garis finish, kecuali jika ingin menjadi seorang pecundang atau pengecut. Berhentilah lalu berpaling menghadap ke belakang. Jika kemauan masih ada, kesempatan pun masih terbentang luas, mengapa tidak mencoba? Mencoba dengan segenap kemampuan yang ada. Halangan dan rintangan sudah pasti ada sebagai pelengkap dari semua itu. Entah bagaimana akhirnya nanti. Namun yang pasti, gagal dalam sebuah kesempatan lebih baik dari pada mundur sebelum mencoba.
